What to Expect?
Our first session begins with a detailed intake to understand your personal needs and story: where you are coming from and where you would like to get to with your health.
From there, I create a personalized health plan for our goals, with mileposts along the way to measure progress towards symptom reduction and overall health to precent recurrence. Subsequent visits move towards these goals and work with new or changing conditions along the way.
Acupuncture, Herbs, Cupping and Bodywork are used as needed to create the conditions for immediate comfort and relief, always leading towards long-term health. Healing from chronic conditions takes time, but along the way we will nourish quality of life, joy and relaxation as the arc of healing plays out.

A person is born of the Earth and their fate is held by Heaven. When Heaven and Earth combine their qi, it is called a human being. When a person can resonate to the four seasons, they are a child of Heaven and Earth, they understand all of creation and are called a Sage. One who can navigate the transformations of yin and yang between Heaven and Earth will not lose the rhythm of the four seasons.
